MUSCLE ENDURANCE & RECOVERY
£43.59 or only £1.74 per day
How to take
Take 3 to 4 tablets with one of your daily meals. People who have suffered injury and want to speed up their recovery should take the same amount. Very active people taking their training very seriously and professionals should take 5 tablets 35 min before workout.
What it does
This product aims at helping faster muscle recovery and improved endurance and stamina during workout. It helps to train more intensively and keeps the muscles built-up for a longer period.
How it works
This product is an effective protein builder that contains a carefully designed combination of amino acids in their pure natural form. This allows them to be fully utilized by the human body. They act as a precursor of protein synthesis, which results in direct muscle build-up.
Note: The product is suitable for vegans! The amino acids we use are derived from plant sources only, in a natural fermentation process.
|Amount per daily intake (based on 5 tablets)||%RDA|
*Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) not established
Note: As the tablets contain aminoacids in their pure form, they taste bitter.
Other ingredients: Magnesium Stearate.

L-Leucin is an essential branched chain amino acid, which stimulates the growth of muscle tissue and increases endurance. It gives energy and is a key element of recovery after training process. There are strong synergies in the combined use with isoleucine and valine. Leucine helps with headaches, dizziness, fatigue, irritability and depression as a result of protein deficiency. It contributes to fat burning and muscle building as it can be absorbed directly by muscle tissue to provide almost instant fuel
L-Valin is an essential branched chain amino acid, which stimulates the growth of muscle tissue, increases physical endurance and is one of the key elements of recovery after training process. Valine is one of the most important amino acids in the build-up, maintenance and recovery of muscle tissue and it has a strong synergistic effect in combination with isoleucine and leucine. Valine has positive effect on headache, dizziness, fatigue, irritability and depression caused by protein deficiency. Like other branched chain amino acids, L-valine is also metabolized directly into muscle, which gives direct “fuel” and has immediate effect after intake.
L-Isoleucine is an essential branched chain amino acid, which stimulates the growth of muscle tissue and increases endurance. Isoleucine gives energy and is a key element of recovery after training process. Isoleucine is one of the most important amino acids for build-up, keeping and recovery of muscle tissue. It has a strong synergistic effect when combined with intake of L-Valine and L-Leucine. L-Isoleucine is metabolized directly into muscle thereby it provide almost instant “fuel”.
L-Lysin is one of the amino acids with the highest importance for body growth and development. It is used by the body to absorb calcium, resulting in muscle and bone growth, as well as mobilization of fats for energy purposes. Lysine maintains nitrogen balance and helps maintain lean body mass during periods of extreme stress and fatigue. Furthermore, it is necessary for the production of antibodies, hormones (growth hormone, testosterone, insulin, etc.), enzymes, collagen and restoration of damaged tissues. Lysine keeps muscles built-up and promotes making new ones.
L-Phenylalanin is an amino acid that is not produced by the body. It should be taken with food or supplements. Phenylalanine is a great help in building proteins and thus assists to achieving a very strong and healthy body. The amino-acid helps prevent muscle sprains with heavy workouts and is perfect for recovery after training. Phenylalanine is the precursor of tyrosine, which in turn is a precursor of thyroid hormones. For this reason, this amino acid has also a positive effect on the metabolism and the regulation of the weight. L-Phenylalanine helps reduce appetite and need for sleep, increases sexuality and relieves depression, improves brain function and memory, helps to improve mood and supports the nervous system, allowing maximum contraction and fast recovery of the muscles while increasing their durability.
L-Threonin is an essential amino acid which can be found in the central nervous system. It promotes the formation of collagen, enamel and muscle tissue and participates in the synthesis of glycine and serine. In combination with methionine and aspartic acid Threonine assists processing of fat in the liver. L-threonine supports the functions of the cardiovascular, nervous and immune system. It has a special positive effect on wound healing and muscle recovery after heavy workouts. Threonine also has positive influence in states of depression.
L-Methionin contributes to the degradation and the use of fat, which in turn increases the levels of testosterone. It eliminates excess fat from the bloodstream, which results in reducing fat accumulation in tissues. It also helps digestion and cleansing the stomach and liver from heavy metals. Methionine is a good antioxidant, since it supplies sulfur, deactivates free radicals and has very positive influence on memory. Moreover, l-methionine is a precursor of cysteine, which in turn produces glutathione and cleans the liver. Furthermore, it is one of the three amino acids required for natural production of creatine monohydrate, which gives more energy and promotes muscle growth.
L-Tryptophan is an amino acid that, when given access to the brain, is converted to the neurotransmitter serotonin. In need tryptophan can be transformed into niacin. It has a positive impact on the regulation of sleep, mood and appetite and maintains a healthy nervous system. Supplementation with L-tryptophan can reduce the feeling of fatigue during training.
